Outing Services
We would love to host your golf outing at Stone Creek. The first
step is to check the Calendar for an open date. Then call the club
house at 351-GOLF for further information and scheduling. Also,
visit our beautiful new club house for your
added
enjoyment.
Hosting a golf outing can be an excellent way to treat friends,
business colleagues or customers to a day of fun, relaxation and
friendly competition. Charities have also found that a golf outing
is a great way to raise funds. The charity benefits and their guests
have a great time.
The entire staff at Stone Creek Golf Club is pleased that you
have chosen us as the place to have your day of golf. We are rapidly
becoming the venue of choice in Southern Illinois for Special Golf
Outings. We have developed this guide to share what we have learned
with you. We truly appreciate your business and we are happy that
you will join the ranks of the many fine companies and organizations
who annually hold their events at Stone Creek Golf Club.
Organization is the key to a successful outing. Our staff meets
regularly to discuss upcoming events, and what we must do to make
them special. We respectfully request your help in communicating
to us your special needs so that, on the day of your outing , you
can relax and enjoy the festivities as much as your invited guests.
We have developed a timeline to help you successfully plan your
event. Your Golf Outing Contract and Golf Services Worksheet provide
us with the information that we need to prepare for your outing.
Please read through this guide and complete your contract and worksheet.
While doing so, please do not hesitate to call us if you have any

Policies and Procedures
We want your event to be fun and as stress free as possible. Over
the years we have developed a set of policies and procedures which
are intended to increase your safety, prevent misunderstandings
and surprises, and maximize the enjoyment of your guests, as well
as, other customers who may also be at Stone Creek on the day of
your event.
Reservation Procedures
Reserved tee times for groups of 20-71 players require a $200 deposit
and a signed contract to secure a date. Shotgun starts require
a $1000 deposit and a signed contract to secure a date. The deposit
is non refundable but may be applied to a future date within
the same year in case of a cancellation.
Final Count and Payment
Your final count and payment are due10 days in advance. In order
for us to accurately schedule your event in conjunction with
other activities, often running concurrently, we need to have
your final count for golf and food service 10 days prior to your
event. Payment is also due at that time.
Food, Beverage and Alcohol
We do not permit customers to bring their own food, beverage or
alcohol, regardless of whether or not it has been donated. There
are many reasons for this. First, we are in the business of selling
food and beverages. Just as you would not bring food to a restaurant,
we follow a similar policy. There are also board of health and
safety considerations that must be followed.
Inclement Weather Policy
The rain policy for golf outings states that outings may be rescheduled
if the golf course is officially closed. Except in the case of
widespread inclement weather, your guests should be asked to
come to the golf course. Before the scheduled start, a determination
of playability will be made by our golf course superintendent.
If the event can be played in reasonable comfort and utmost safety,
it will be played. It is often difficult to reschedule an event
to everyones satisfaction. We will make every effort to reach
a fair determination of how to proceed.
